For more than 40 years, Circle of Care has earned a reputation as a home care provider of choice and a preferred employer.  We serve a large Russian-speaking community, helping older Russian-Canadian adults live independently at home.  Many of our Russian-speaking clients are part of our Holocaust Survivors Program.
