Circle of Care is offering a 6- Week Virtual CBT-Based Support Group for Overcoming Worry

Feeling tense, stressed, and worried? For some people their worry, feelings of anxiety and tension persists to the point that they significantly interfere with their daily life. If this sounds like you, then you may find this group very helpful in understanding what generalized anxiety/worry is and its relevance to you.

  • Postpone Your Worry
  • Accepting Uncertainty
