About our Support Groups & Drop-In Sessions

We provide group support for individuals and their families, to help guide our clients through challenging and difficult circumstances. We offer both online support groups (through ZOOM), as well as in-person groups. Our support groups are run by professionals who provide support and guidance free of charge to individuals dealing with grief, facing abuse or feeling depressed. We are also there to guide family caregivers through the challenges of caring for their loved one.

Below, we offer a description of our regularly run groups. If you scroll down lower on the page, you will see the groups that are currently scheduled for the upcoming months.
