Circle of Care’s Meals on Wheels program has been nourishing the community for more than 50 years. With inflation raising the cost of food and living overall, many seniors on fixed incomes are struggling to cover their monthly expenses. And others have trouble getting out to shop due to frailty or bad weather. Our Meals on Wheels program is a vital lifeline for these vulnerable older adults. We deliver food directly to their doors and check on their well-being thanks to the help of our volunteers and the generosity of our donors. Our goal this winter is to raise $50,000 to support our Emergency Winter Meals initiative that provides 3-5 frozen meals to each of our seniors, so no one goes without food.
