Early Days Grief Group

The first few months after the death of a loved one often feels unreal. For those whose loss is under three months this 4 week group will offer an opportunity to acknowledge the death, normalize the common characteristics of grief, and support your early adjustment to the challenging road ahead within a compassionate, judgement–free environment.

Group Information:

4 Wednesdays in September.
September 7, 14, 21,28 | 1:30pm – 3:00pm
