At Circle of Care, our mission is to support individual independence and to sustain and enhance quality of life in the community.

Our Service Excellence model of care is client-centred, and provides an integrated framework to help people live healthier, happier and longer lives in their homes. All initial inquiries are answered by Customer Service Representatives in our Call Centre. Our Intake Specialists are available to provide more in depth assistance where necessary, to help you find the answers you need. All clients are assigned Service Coordinators who assist with ongoing service matters including service scheduling.

Our team of service delivery providers, including Personal Support Workers, Social Workers, Drivers and Volunteers, are available to provide coordinated and integrated service. The Personal Support Workers are supervised by nurses, who are all Regulated Health Professionals.
