Learn More About How We Help

Give the gift of dignity and independence.

While Circle of Care receives partial funding from government sources, the need for services continues to grow. Every donation makes a real difference, helping us provide elderly adults who face significant health challenges and social isolation with a critical link to independence, community, and a better quality of life in their own homes, where most of them want to be.

Support Holocaust Survivors

With deep roots in Toronto’s Jewish community, Circle of Care provides home care and community support services to almost 1,600 Holocaust survivors across the Greater Toronto Area through our Holocaust Survivors Services Program – with special understanding, knowledge and sensitivity. As this population ages and their needs become more complex, we are always looking for additional resources to help us better support them.

Words from our Clients

I really enjoy how much my Hospice volunteer and I have in common. We’re from the same generation and have many of the same memories. We’ve raised our families and worked hard all our lives. His visit is the highlight of my week and a welcome change from worrying about my health.

Hospice Client

Every Saturday, my Circle of Care PSW comes to give me a bath. She is absolutely excellent: not only very respectful, but wonderful to chat with. Thank you, Circle of Care, for sending her to me - she is superb!

Circle of Care Client

These classes have been a total life changer for me! I’m in my late 60’s but since I started this program I feel like I’m in my early 50’s. I’ve become more active and stronger!

Fatima

The meals that Circle of Care provides me helps me stay healthy during the year, but especially in the winter months when I can’t go out and buy groceries. The staff provide excellent service and they show kindness and professionalism when they work with me. Thank you!
