For your safety, iRIDE follows Public Health recommendations. Staff and clients travelling in Circle of Care iRIDE vehicles are encouraged to wear masks when using the service, but it is not mandatory unless a client is experiencing symptoms, such as coughing, sneezing, sore throat, or running nose. For clients with symptoms, masks remain mandatory. We continue to  sanitize our vehicles between rides.

Your Feedback is Important to Us!

Circle of Care iRIDE vehicles are all outfitted with tablets that ask our clients to rate their experience at the end of their ride. This feedback helps us track the quality of our service, ensuring that the rides we are providing are meeting the needs and standards of our clients.

Learn About our Passenger Portal!

The Passenger Portal is an online ride request tool that allows our clients and the families to view their booked rides, request upcoming trips, and cancel existing trips, with ease and at your convenience.
